Yes. We bring everything: cleaning products, vacuum, mop, microfiber cloths, scrubbers. If you prefer a specific product (fragrance-free, particular brand), let us know and we'll accommodate where possible.
Weekly service saves ~15–20% vs one-time. Bi-weekly saves ~10–15%. If you start with a weekly plan and need to switch to bi-weekly later, just let us know — no penalty, no lock-in.
Pet hair in standard amounts is included. For heavily soiled spaces (extreme buildup, hoarder situations, water damage aftermath), we'll discuss and agree on any adjustment before the job starts. Stairs and walk-up buildings are not an extra charge.
