Deep Clean — Common Questions

A standard clean covers surfaces, floors, bathrooms, and kitchens at a maintenance level. A deep clean goes further: inside oven, inside refrigerator, baseboards scrubbed, grout lines, window tracks, light fixtures, inside cabinets. Deep cleans take 2–3x longer and are priced accordingly.
Most clients book once or twice a year — spring and fall being most common. Deep cleans are also used as first-visit resets before starting recurring service, or after move-in to bring a new apartment to your standard.
TotalClean deep cleaning starts at $179 for a studio, $189 for 1BR, $229 for 2BR, and $285 for 3BR. Pricing reflects the additional time and labor vs a standard clean.
Typically 4–6 hours for a 1BR and 6–8 hours for a 2–3BR. We recommend being available for a walkthrough at the end so we can address anything before we leave.
