Recurring clients get one cleaner who comes on the same day each week or every other week. Friday is the most requested day in Park Slope, so households can start the weekend with the apartment done; Tuesday and Wednesday have the most open slots.
Each visit follows the same written checklist: the kitchen, the bathrooms, every room’s reachable surfaces and floors, and the trash. Baseboards, window sills and the inside of the microwave are deep-clean work, which keeps the regular visits short.

Duplex stairs are vacuumed and the handrail wiped each visit. Spindles are done by hand on the rotation.
Away for a week? Skip it from your confirmation text. Summer in the country? Pause the plan and pick it up in September at the same rate. Moving from bi-weekly to weekly, or the other way, changes the price from the next visit and nothing else.
Visit one is a deep clean, priced by size, so the kitchen, the bathroom grout and the radiators start from zero. On visit two the cleaner times the apartment and agrees the order of rooms with you: most people want the kitchen and bathroom first and the bedroom last. By the third visit the routine is set and the clean fits the times in the table above.
If something is missed, tell us within 48 hours and the cleaner comes back to redo it at no charge. Notes for the cleaner, such as a plant that needs water or a room to skip, go in the booking app or a text the day before.
