Alcove studios are priced as studios. A junior 1-bedroom with a separate sleeping room is priced as a 1-bedroom ($175).
A studio is one room doing four jobs, so the clean is organised by zone rather than by room.
Countertops and backsplash wiped; sink and handles disinfected; outside of the stove, range hood and fridge; reachable cabinet fronts; trash out.
Sink and handles disinfected; toilet seat, rim and exterior cleaned; shower and tub surfaces wiped; mirror cleaned; floor swept and mopped.
Reachable surfaces lightly dusted, nightstand, dresser and coffee table tops wiped, switches and door handles, trash out. Bed making and organizing are not part of a standard clean.
Door handles and switches wiped, open floor areas vacuumed, non-carpeted floors mopped.
Size is not the whole story. A studio kitchen usually has no proper exhaust, so cooking grease settles on the cabinet fronts and the top of the fridge. Bathrooms in studios often have no window, so moisture stays in the grout. And when the bed, the desk and the sofa share one room, there is more to clean around. A first clean of a studio that has not been professionally cleaned before is booked as a deep clean, so every visit after it fits the 1.5–2 hour standard.

Studios are booked across all of Brooklyn. These three neighborhoods have the most studio requests, and each has its own kind of studio.
Most Bay Ridge studios are in pre-war elevator buildings along Shore Road, Colonial Road and Ridge Boulevard, with original tile bathrooms and steam radiators. Basement studios in two-family houses are the other common type. Both are $150 for a standard clean.
Bay Ridge cleaning →Dyker Heights studios are mostly basement or ground-floor units in one- and two-family houses, with their own entrance. Lower ceilings and small windows mean humidity: the bathroom and the area around the dehumidifier get extra attention.
Dyker Heights cleaning →Carroll Gardens studios are top floors of brownstones, walk-ups with a skylight over the stairs, or garden-level units with a door to the yard. Garden studios track in soil; the entry and floors are done twice in wet months.
Carroll Gardens cleaning →Book online with the size and the date, or call. You do not need to be home: most studio clients leave a key with the super or in a lockbox. One cleaner comes, brings every product and the vacuum, and texts you when the clean is done. Same-day slots are released each morning; next-day is usually available.
