Price per visit, “from”. Over 5,000 sq ft the final price is set after a free walkthrough. One-time jobs can also be booked by the hour: $55–$65 per cleaner-hour, 3-hour minimum. A COI for your building is free.
MetroTech and the newer towers around Jay Street and Willoughby Street run like any Class A building: a security desk, badge access, a loading dock and a freight elevator on a schedule. Vendors are registered in advance, and cleaning crews come in through the dock after hours.
Court Street and Montague Street, around Borough Hall and the courthouses, are full of older office buildings with law firms, accountants, insurance brokers and small medical practices on the upper floors. Suites are smaller and divided into private offices, restrooms are often shared by the floor, and the building superintendent controls after-hours access.
Coworking floors and converted lofts toward Fulton Street and the edge of DUMBO have open plans, phone booths and a large shared kitchen. The kitchen and the restrooms take most of the time; open desks are quick.
Most Downtown Brooklyn buildings ask for a COI naming the building owner and the managing agent as additional insured, using the exact legal names from their vendor package. Send the request and the certificate goes to management before the first visit.
Crew names are submitted to the security desk ahead of time. The same crew is kept on your account, so the list rarely changes.
Visits start after your team leaves, usually 6 or 7 pm, or before 8 am. Where the building closes the lobby at night, the crew uses the dock entrance listed by security.
Large one-time cleans and move-in cleans are booked around the building’s freight elevator reservations.
In law and medical offices, papers on desks are not moved or read, shred bins stay closed, and only trash in bins is emptied. Locked rooms stay locked unless you ask otherwise.
Cleaning products and equipment come with the crew. Paper towels, toilet paper and liners can be yours or ours; it is a line in the quote.
The quote lists the visit days and hours, the rooms in scope, how restrooms and the kitchen are handled, who supplies paper goods, and the price per visit. A 2,000 sq ft law office on Court Street with four private offices, a conference room and a floor-shared restroom is quoted differently from a 2,000 sq ft open-plan studio near MetroTech, because the private offices take longer.
